i have been there too, as far as taking #2 and feeling crappy from it, i was never able to achieve 2 bm's a day without it really being a strain. its never worked for me. its as if my body only wants to have 1 bm a day. thats it
no more, and when i force it by adding alot of #1, my bowels get irritated and i get constipated.
