Congratulations on going for the liver cleanse. I’m sure you will like the results. I’ve done the intestinal cleanse, the liver cleanse, and the kidney cleanse. In fact, I’ve done each of them several times. I think they’re great.

One thing that I’ve found that helps and gives me more energy during a cleanse, is drinking the potassium broth. And surprisingly, I think it actually tastes good. Of course I put in more chili peppers than Dr. Schulze says to put in. But then I like things extra spicy.
