Hi Terry:

One more thing that I didn’t mention is to always use pure water. Whether for drinking, using as an enema, making a tea, or anything you want to put into your body. Always use water from a pure source, such as reverse osmosis. Tap water, at least in my area, is not pure. My water has more chemicals in it than I want to put into my body. And most water from public sources today is the same.
