While searching the web for bringing my health back to normal (and beyond)
I found and tested several approaches to healing.

In essense a complicated sound-based stimulus is given to your brain that forces your brain to evolve (much like exercise forces muscles to evolve)

It did EXACTLY as promised for me:
after a week I started to notice improvment in my mental abilities

I noticed my emotions more easily - which is the first step to winning over old lingering trauma.

I had a "yoorika" moment with a difficult math problam

That's a problam I tried to solve many times
