I was planning to do a Liver Flush on my enlarged, fatty liver, but I have to fast for at least a whole day. I can't do that!!! Aside from blood Sugar problems, I get horrible pain in my stomach when it's empty (which I think is a blood Sugar problem because my endoscopy came out normal). Diabetics are the ones who are sick with so much, yet how do we do the cleanses? We can't live on carbs only, like fruits and vegetables.
