oh, it sounds very brutal to me. i remember going to a neuroligist and having tests done. first they give you shock therapy, then he sticks needles into your amrs and legs, and moves them around. talking about almost peeing your pants. i have also had cortisone shots, as i have fibromyalgia. now, i just put up with the pain. no more butchering for me!!!!! i do light stretches, yoga, meditation, warms baths, whatever it takes.
