I don't think the numerous side effects, especially liver damage, are worth having clear skin. Why don't you try vitamin B5 therapy (see Acne forum for specifics) along with cleanses, no dairy, experimenting with food allergies , etc. The composite of things on curezone should treat Acne better than a drug because it is important to treat the causes rather than just the symptoms.
