I'm fibromyalgic, and just as I don't fit many categories (for example "eat right for your type" - & another example is that I have high calcium yet *low* D3)
Similarly:
I don't seem to fit the category of those helped by Traditional Chinese Medicine liver flush. In explanation, I've been doing the TCM a couple of weeks already and:
(1) Stretching & excercises PAINS my arms & legs so therefore it doesn't relax me. In fact, as I'm writing this, I have spasms in my thighs & calves just from the minimal stretching I did as a preliminary to taking bitters. My arms also get painful upon exertion.
(2) Recently, a kineseologist informed me that I breathe from my chest rather than my stomach. So, TRULY-DEEP breathing isn't even applicable to me. In fact, I cannot relax when trying to breath deeply.
(3) If I try getting my exercise via [light] jogging, this jiggles my breasts [however small they are] and they start hurting. I have *very* tender breasts since puberty. The tenderness is constant - not just monthly.
(4) I get periods of premature urethral & heavy bleeding which throws off the schedule of taking bitters & Coptis/Saussaurea - which aren't supposed to be ingested during menses.
(5) It's excruciating to have to wait 3 hours after supper to take Coptis because I can sometimes be tired & wish to sleep, yet I'm compelled to wait instead. Furthermore, going to bed on an empty stomach (except for the Coptis) *plus* the morning schedule of just water, then waiting 1/2 hour, then bitters, then *another* 1/2 hour till breakfast, takes a harsh toll on my stomach - which begins gnawing me as I lack mucuous. (The kineseologist knew this too - about my lack of mucuous)
P.S. Upcoming therapies I'm planning on pursuing are:
All-natural progesterone cream, as well as urine DMPS testing for mercury toxicity - which the kineseologist said I have. I also wonder if the silver nitrate applied to me at my birth in the early 60's affected me. I'm undecided between holistic dentistry to remove my Amalgam or field control therapy, which, after extensive research, both seem indicated for me. I'm also undecided between biocompatibility testing vs. field control therapy.
