Dear Tracy or anyone who can help,

I have irritable bowel, but also severe constipation and food allergies . I have tried the Bowel Cleanse several times with #1 AND # 2 but was in pain with upset stomach the whole time. #1 is the only thing I have found that will make me have a bowel movement, but it irritates the hell out of my colon. Do you think #3 would be a good solution? I was told by another member to make my own formula with half the senna and cascara, and I did, but it didn't help me go. I believe in Dr.Schulze's products and am very eager to progress to the liver cleanse bacause I am so sick- so please I need advice!
