insulin is a hormone needed for life. if you can't produce any (type I) you need an exogenous source

do you believe that naturopaths should be advising type I diabetics to stop insulin when it could kill them? that is not an issue of free speech but professional responsibility. you seem to advocate no protection for consumers/patients whatsoever - a return to the days of unbridled quackery essentially
