this are not type I diabetics BTW

just answer my question - is it safe to tell all diabetics to stop their insulin?

It is a tenet of mainstream medicine that insulin resistance (the problem with type 2 diabetes) can be reduced esp by losing weight. when my wife developed diabetes, before she was started on oral hypoglycaemics I controlled her blood Sugar by cooking stew every day (this brought her glucose down from 12-14 to 7-8 mmole/l)
