I have a question. When you say you’ve been drinking lots of water, how much is lots? I have found that drinking 128 ounces of liquid per day is a minimum. I drink 160 ounces of water per day, plus juices. When I go in a cleanse, I drink even more. And from my experience, you need to be having great results, not just okay results, before you start taking the Formula #2. Otherwise, the Formula #2 will constipate you and bloat you up and make you sick and miserable. Believe me, I’ve been there. So you might stop taking the Formula #2 and stay on the Formula #1 until you are having absolutely great results. Then start on the Formula #2. I hope this is helpful. Whatever happens, let us know.
