Thank you for posting that.

I have long been a critic of the culture in medicine of focussing on publications. Most doctors don't need to do research - my personal priority is the clinical side. As a result of this focus there has been a lot of poor quality research produced purely to boost someone's CV.


Yet again my comment is tagged inflammatory. What is inflammatory about this post?
