Congratulations, it takes a certain courage to allow yourself to see that particular truth. Its really nasty stuff, and ironically, that is how they get away with it - most people just can't believe this world is like that.

Along with the food indusrty and medical "industry", oothers work with them too. To make sure they do, they are linked financially, holding each others stock and even debt, cross invested.

The petroleum and energy industry [including all the chemicals that come out of fossil fuels] is part that medical-weaponmakers group too. Pharmaceuticals are often made from coal tars the fossil fools cannot sell elsewhere, and they do use the basic chemicals from oil and gas to make their pills.

Food industry making us ill or in pain as you said - an example is SOY, marketed by the SOY industry as health food. THere is more if we look for it.

And as far as what they do to help create their own markets, I have been calling that "Create the Problem, and then offer the Solution". They sell pills that make you go back for another problem later on. Even 9-11 and the subsequent invasion of Iraq was a result of "a problem" they created themselves, and the solution they claimed was necessary.

Thats not comforting. Most won't want to see it.
