You are so right. Most people will never question their doctor's orders. When I refused to take HRT at menopause, my doctor scolded me and try to use scare tactics such as that I would get heart disease, brittle bones, urinary tract infections and so forth. I am 58 and so far none of his predictions have come true. After the recent study about the adverse effects of HRT was published, he seemed almost apologetic.
