Anyone wanting to know more about the Sugar industry should definetly read, "Sugar Blues", by William Dufty. I can not say how much this book has taught me. It has become a classic. Also, anyone looking for a Sugar substitute, should try STEVIA extract. Stevia is a plant. Wonderful stuff. I find that it does not give very much after taste and is easy to get use to. The Stevia Plus, has fiber and is actually healthy for you.
