I am very allergic to "MSG" and my reaction to it is immediate. However, I have been taking the Superfood for over a month now and the only "reaction" I have from it is increased energy. This food has helped me out so much in that prior to using it my Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome would have me down for days. You share some interesting information; however, these days I only listen to the information/signals that my body gives me. So far, with the Superfood my signals from my body have been nothing close to what occurs when I have MSG. The Superfood makes me feel very good and the Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) immediately makes me feel very bad.
