Congratulations on making your own tinctures. I think that it’s great that you are. I use a Vita Mix too in making my herbal tinctures and formulas. I’ve made many dozens of tinctures and formulas over the last few years. And I’ve used my Vita Mix to make all of them. I believe you’re the first person that I’ve heard that uses a Vita Mix to make tinctures.

I think Tom’s advice is good as far as your Echinacea tincture is concerned. It sounds like you’re doing it right.

In addition to your Echinacea tincture for your sinus infection, you might try some Nasal Snuff. It really clears out the sinuses and disinfects too.
