I've been shaking it in a small jar as suggested. Doesn't really help with the taste. Actually the taste isn't nearly as bad as the look of it. Drinking black sludge is never very appetizing - but if it actually improves my "condition" I'll be eternally grateful.

As far as the water goes I'm definitely not drinking enough. I've really been trying to drink more.

I plan to stay on formula 2 for the entire week - I just keep bumping up my dosage of formula 1.
