As a matter of fact, I started on Dr. Schulze 's #1 and #2 yesterday. I took two pills of the #1 in the morning and the #2 in the afternoon. I had no trouble going to the bathroom. I was expecting the taste of the #2 to be horrible, but it wasn't. Maybe I have just gotten too used to Epsom Salt and Bentonite Clay! Ha

I will let you know if I have any trouble!!
