Dear Dianna,

If colonics are not an option, do whatever is feasable or possible. You are doing well. A good intention is worth everything. Each day can be a day of pain or a day of great blessings, depending on our attitude, how we view things. See yourself healthy and everyhting you need will come your way. Regaining health is a great learning process, a letting go of old outdated beliefs and values. So there is no need to hurry getting healthy but appreciating each moment as an opportunity to develop your inner power, confidence and wisdom.
