Dear Dianna,
Colosan consists of magnesium oxides. These are molecular structures that break up when in contact with the citrus or other acids taken straight afterwards. The magnesium relaxes the bowel and removes waste and the large quantities of the released oxygen cleanses, detoxifies and heals the instestinal tract. By doing do it combines also with hydrogen and turns into water. The water rehydrates the bowel and helps to dispel the waste. Colosan is neither a laxative, nor is it a radical, harsh bowel cleanser. It gradually dissolves waste and removes it savely without causing damage. Don't confuse its action with psyllium-based products that turn into rubber-like structures and mimic black, old stools. Colosan's main action is to release large amounts of oxygen.
With kind regards
Andreas
