The one thing I hate about the biser books is the incosistency of the recipes. Either use parts or specific. This one is specific.
for 1 quart:

4 ounces dong quai root (angelica sinesis)
4 ounces wild yam root (Discorea villousa)
4 ounces Chaste tree berries (vitex angus - castus)
2 ounces licorice root (glycycchza aglabra)
1.5 ounces damiana leaf (turnera diffusa)
0.75 ounces hops whole flowers (humulus lupulus)
