I would take Chanca Piedra if I were you. Also, I would suggest that you limit drinking that amount of apple juice only as part of the cleanse, otherwise you may keep passing small stones in an uncontrolled fashion. Since there is no olive oil involved, these stones may cause irritation and pain in the common bile duct near the gallbladder. It is always good to let things build up for 2-3 weeks before doing a new liver flush.
