Hi Tom, I think I speak for us all,when I say thank you for all your wonderful help and encouragement. You have been a major asset and have taught us so much, but you are right you must take care of your priorities first and foremost. I just want to thank you personally and I know if you do get everything in order we will all we thrilled to have you come back. But thank you again so very much. Take the best of care always.
