Hi Carla,

I really can't figure this out for myself and am probably driving everyone crazy BUT...I have irritable bowel but I am also severely constipated- like I can go for days or weeks with only small, hard stools if I don't take anything! I did Int Formula #1 for a year on and off, simply because it hurts my insides so much, BUT it is the ONLY thing that gets them moving! AAHHH! I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROCEED ON THIS ONE. I even bought his DIGESTIVE formula, hoping it would help, but I got more pain.

I've just completed two colonics, and my pr. wants me to take a fiber blend with licorice, herbs, probiotics, etc. I just don't want to waste any more money than I already have, not knowing if it will be enough to get things moving..
