When I read all 3 binders and watched all 12 videos I took notes. I wrote "Formula #1 Sluggish bowels" Then on page 2 I wrote "Colon formula #2 irritable bowel, if irritable bowels skip #1".
Maybe because I'm a nurse I wrote specific disease things down. I know people with krohn's and irritable bowels as well.
