Terry, Hmm. Have you ever tried Valerian Root? If so, please let me know what your Reaction was afterwards, and then I'll let you know something, that I SUSPECT. If NOT, then you should get Herb Pharm Valerian Root Extract (Tincture) and take a Dropperful in your mouth and hold it there as LONG as you possibly can, before swallowing. Be FOREWARNED though, that if you haven't taken it before, it does taste and smell NASTY!
