I would like to know your view on supplements. I took Dr.Schulze's superfood for a while and it gave me energy, but then it didn't anymore. I was weary of going back on regular supplements, but a Reiki master that I know is letting me do a 30- day trial of Usana Essentials- a high quality multivitamin. I'm not sure yet if they are helping, but I do notice a little less pain. My only concern is that I am not utilizing the vitamins because of all my health problems. This is the list: MCS, Fibromyalgia/ Chronic Fatigue, Irritable bowel, PMS, allergies, and severe menstrual cramps. Whew! I have done the Bowel Cleanse twice and it was extremely harsh on my intestines. Right now I am consulting a colonic therapist and have done two colonics. My two main concerns right now are my bowel and my painful periods. So what do you think?
