gse and a good diet will clear thing up i think. thats what in doing tea tree oil and gse with a diet that has no dairy no refined Sugar and none of the things that my food puzzle book says i should avoid. it seems to be clearing up i have been on it for a month now, but i have been ding other things to help it for a while. either way you shouldnt be eating fried foods and type O blood shouldnt be eating dairy anyhow. i have an upper resatory infection, i dont know if its candida or what but its gottin a lot better with gse the only thing i wish i had now is a probiotic. good luck
