I have read in several books that Great Smokies Lab is the best. I'm going to get the book "The body Ecology Diet" I have felt alot better just watching what I eat and taking vitamins and minerals. I read that you can check your saliva by spitting in a glass of water and if after 1 hour your spit has streamers running down to the bottom of the glass it is candida and if not the spit will just be floating.
