I live in England and I had the saliva tests done by Individual Wellbeing Diagnostic Laboratories - you just send the sample off in the post. The saliva test is supposed to give similar results to a blood test, but with greater ease of sampling.
It seems to me, but you'd better ask about this, that the level of your antibodies to candida may depend on whether your candidiasis is primarily intestinal or systemic, as intestinal immunity differs slightly to your general immune system. Apart from the occasional acute feelings of food poisoning, I don't generally have all the intestinal problems people seem to be talking about. My main problems are flu-like symptoms and problems with my eyes and fatigue. On the 0-10 scale I had IgG of 142 and IgA of 22, which I was told is very high.
I think you can get saliva tests done by post in the US too, if that is where you live.
