i also have a lot of joint pain and have recently bought a Black-Walnut coptis tincture. i have been working really hard to build up my good bacteria and was wondering how Black-Walnut affects good bacteria???
how did you use the tincture....when? how much? how often? and were you taking your three lac at the same time? and to what effect?
