Regarding the quality of the different brands of probiotics i always thought that probiotics in order to be effective and for the friendly bacteria to stay alive, they need to be stored in the fridge. The ones i buy from the health food store are always kept in the fridge but i also noticed that some shops don't keep them in the fridge. Would that affect the quality of the product?
