hi there laplip, glad you reply my msg too...just red watermelons.. beside about other food like chocholateor greasy doesnt effect your Acne much, if u like 'em just take them....if u feel really depressed bout your skin, dun worry it will heal fast if u avoid touching them and think about them ....

im sure in 2 month it will be ok and leaving only blackhead and whitehead that easy to remove..you cant see them with normal mirror.lime me I can see every-hole on my face using a Cd music disc act as a mirror... Lol.

Use face cotton wool to remove it with your hands... blackhead and whitehead can be squeeze after your Acne cure but only using facial cotton to avoid contact with your nail.

frankly now i have several black flake on my face after the Acne cure..rite now im using JELI GAMAT topical by Luxor marketing to fade it..it cost me RM30. it ill take time.

im working on oily condition as im am a teppanyaki chef @ one hotel @ KL it make my face very oily... after work or having Active sports i use normal cleanser to rid to excess oil.. Dont use AHA or BHA product rite now. It will iritate your face.Dont Use it until your face is completly Heal.

By the way how old are you?
