I am 24 years old and have been suffering from adult Acne with what seems like no solution to the problem. I have been on the prescription drugs and creams and got the speech about it will get worse before it gets better. It got worse, but I never saw the better. I began drinking the suggested 8 glasses of water a day, which seemed to help, then was told about green tea, which I recently started drikning. I am just trying to find something that will help me to get my Acne under control. Please help, there are times that I don't want anyone to see me, this is very painful.
