I noticed an improvement in about a week. I was taking 9,000 mgs a day and then eventually I lowered the dose. I think it's very important to eat healthy also. Try cutting back on dairy products, refined sugars, red meat, and eat plenty of green vegetables with clorophyll in them. It worked for me!
