I think that if you have serios problems with acne, proactiv can't help you. I used it and it did almost nothing for me. My sister has the same problem with acne. She used it and it helped her temporarly. My experinece is that nothing that you put on your skin can actualy heal acne. The source of the problem is somewhere inside your body. Things that help me (if there are) are physical activity, normal sleeping (never more than 8 hours), and good food (avoid fat). Salud!
