so there are definitely some changes you could make to your diet that could probably help you out a lot. There is a good book that spells out all the principles, and for more than just dealing with skin problems like acne. It gets right to the root of the problem. It's called "sick and tired? reclaim your inner terrain" by Dr. Robert O. Young. If you want to talk about your diet and some suggested changes that could probably help a lot (I was working with a guy on his Acne just with diet changes and he had some great success) then feel free to email me directly ( mslarsen@wisc.edu ).
