I forgot to mention. I also use sometimes the Clean & Clear
Continuous Control Acne Cleanser and the Clean & Clear Astringent .

My forehead is very dry already!

Other things that might be helpful:
I avoid eating chocolate, peanuts,etc..
I have to take some dairy cause I drink milk and eat cheese on my sandwhiches.
I head that it could be stress too. and I am kind of stressed sometimes. But then I read in a website that stress and diet have nothing to do with Acne.
