I had it for 14 years.I'm now 34 years old. I always found a vitamin to just about 'control' it. But the day came when all these vitamins made me ill. Even a low dose multi made me severely dizzy. I realised it was time to treat the real cause instead of using these 'band aid' cures.

7 months later I have no Acne and I'm not taking anything. Just good food with a moderate amount of grains and protein and morning exercise.

Most importantly, every 2 months I do a liver flush.I've done 2 so far and my skin gets better each time.I also had a few colonics which improved my skin evenmore!!


The only topical I use is isotretinoin for 1 hour at night to make sure my pores remain Crystal C..Plus, I'm having scar treatment and isotretinoin boosts collagen production.
