Ok I know I just wrote a message about how frusterated I am with the chest acne. Here is what I did not mention that has been going on for the last few days. My face looks better than it has in about 6 months. I know this directly relates to my diet cleaning up, veggie juice drinking, flaxseed pill taking and 6-7 glasses a day of water drinking. All I can say is WOW. Thanks you guys for motivating me to get it together, I know I still have a loooong ways to go but this is an incredible start. Feeling good!!!!
