You hit it. I had sugar(a lot) about 3-4 hours before my chest went crazy. I had no idea it would come out that quickly on my skin and thus never thought that was the cause. This is so hard eating well. I'm getting better though I just break sometimes. I've been drinking 34 ounces of water a day. If I could do a liver cleanse I would, but my stomach wouldn't take it. Well my lovely spots on my chest are living proof of what Sugar does for skin. Thanks for the help everyone.
