Hi im new to the forums and have looked over a few posts just to see the things people are trying. I am 20 years old and have had mild Acne pretty much every day of my life since around 13. Agreed its just mild Acne ranging from place to place usually face, neck, arms, back, shoulders, but i'd like to get to the point i dont have any at all. My parents have been trying to make me go back on some safe anti-depressents because i seem to get really depressed when i have any acne. I'd like to treat the root of the problem though and not take them. I usually shower 1-2 times daily and wash face and neck with Clearasyle face wash and body with Dial soap. I've tried things like Natures cure before but never really saw the difference i was looking for. I'd like to maybe try the vitamin aproach like with B5 and Zinc and such but i dont know for sure what brand to get, the amounts to take, what other vitamins i should take with them and so forth. I have a real problem with wanting to squeeze even the smallest pimple and it leaving a little red scar sometimes for several weeks or longer. I would love to heal my skin, get rid of my Acne and little red scars and be done with it so i would really appreciate any help you could all give me. Like i said its just minor acne and i realize alot have it ALOT worse but it bothers me just the same so please tell me exactly what to do!!!
