you can get Bentonite clay in any whole food store. Just use it on your face, leave it till it dries off completely and then wash it. you won't need soap because it works much better than soap all by itself.

You can also leave it overnight if you wish to. I used to do that a lot and that helped fry Acne off pretty fast apart from doing a great cleansing job. I don't have Acne anymore but I still use the clay.Ofcourse I do get it if I play around with junk food. The clay has firmed up my skin and the pores have shrunk for most part.I highly recommend it. I used "Arise and Shine" brand and I think it is great. People say Sonnie is very good too but I found that to be too liquidy after using arise and shine which is more fluid than liquid.
