I am planning to try the B5 for acne. I was going to go ahead and buy a lot to get a discount. Have all of you had good results with B5, as long as you take 3000 mg three times a day?
Then after I've used it for a while, would I just decrease the dosage gradually, or can I eventually stop using it all together?
Anything else I need to know? I'm ordering it from Nature's Sunshine. Is that a good company?
