Hi Cris,

I totally inderstand what you are going through. I have the same story. When I was 22 I started to get these itchy little red bumps all over my forehead that seem to be aggrevated by heat, sweat and stress. I am 26 now and still get them every now and then. The only product I have found that really seems to help is MSM Facial Wash, MSM Toner and MSM moisture creme. I use Ultra Botanicals. It really helps soothe my skin and reduces redness. I stopped using MSM, got pregnant and now I am shopping online to find it! I also use Zia citrus wash but not anymore. Nothing works like MSM. Give it a few weeks though. It may get a little worse before it gets better but it's worth it.
