No cleanse but I did start him on Jarrowdophius a few weeks ago he takes it at night. But I dont know if it would work by itself for the acne.
I noticed yesterday his face had several pimples and I asked if he had been taking his Threelac and he had missed the day before and had not taken one that day. He went home and took 1 and also had some in his pocket for today he was sleeping over at a buddies last night. So I can always tell when he hasnt taken it. Its so obvious now!
