Bingo. Lots of carbs. Since I tried the Body Ecology Diet my skin looked hundred times nicer than before. Remember, it's all coming from inside - try to find out what makes your skin act better. For some it's the carbs, some has really congested liver so liver cleanse will make a huge difference, some has parasites, mercury, different kind of bacterial infection etc. - it's up to you to find out. Start with the cleanses and diet - I hope you'll find the answer soon. :)
