I did a liver cleanse once that involved fasting then drinking olive oil and lemon juice. I looked for Gallstones but I didn't see any that I'd passed. I will try it again if you think I need to do it more than once.

I have often suspected Sugar might be the cause of the problem as I've always had a sweet tooth. Even when I was on a raw diet and looked very healthy otherwise I was still getting some pimples. But then I was eating a lot of sweet fruit, like dates, mango, etc and I wonder if the Sugar was the root of the problem.
